A one-time setup fee of $45 gets us started on digitizing your videos.
The conversion service is billed at $18 per hour, calculated in convenient half-hour increments. Please note that a two-hour minimum is required for each project.
-
If you prefer to have your videos split into separate clips for easier viewing, you can add this option for an additional $50. This means you'll receive multiple clips, such as 10 three-minute video segments instead of a single 30-minute clip.
-
Your converted video files will be provided in .mov or .mp4 format, ensuring compatibility with various devices and platforms.
To conveniently access and download your videos, I will provide a digital download link via Google Drive. This link will be active for 30 days, giving you ample time to save your precious memories.
If you prefer a physical backup, I offer an optional service for an additional $20. I can copy the converted files onto a jump drive, providing you with an extra layer of security.

As a general reference, approximately one hour of footage translates to around 1.5 GB of storage space. This estimation can help you plan accordingly for your digital storage needs.

Currently, I specialize in converting VHS, VHS-C, DVD, and MiniDV tapes. If you possess a camera that records on a different tape medium, I can still assist you. By using your camera, I can convert the tapes with ease. Additionally, I'm interested in renting or purchasing that camera from you at a discounted rate to accommodate other conversion projects with the same medium.
